This fall, Lavish Haus had the privilege of designing and coordinating an exclusive corporate launch event at the stunning Jessup House in Philadelphia, PA. Presented by CrossCountry Mortgage in partnership with Philly Style Magazine and Modern Luxury, the event brought together leaders in luxury real estate and related industries for an evening of networking, celebration, and partnership building. With an elegant autumn color palette inspired by the tones of a Verona sunset, this cocktail-style event was a masterclass in blending branded sophistication with modern style.
A Venue Transformed: Modern Meets Autumn Elegance
The Jessup House, with its clean, contemporary design, served as the perfect backdrop for this elevated event. Lavish Haus designed the space to reflect the season’s warmth and the brand’s refined aesthetic, using an autumn color palette of burnt orange, deep burgundy, and gold accents to evoke the ambiance of a luxurious Italian sunset. Florals by Luci Floral Design enhanced the space with lush arrangements of seasonal blooms, perfectly complementing the rich tones of the linens from Something Vintage Rentals + Design and bespoke furniture pieces by Vision Furniture Event Rentals.
The result was a cohesive, visually stunning environment that captured the modern luxury and vibrancy of the CrossCountry Mortgage brand while inviting guests into a space that felt intimate yet polished.
